he Warehouse Technician is responsible for the day to day operations of the PSGC Warehouse. These duties include the receiving, inventorying and distribution of all materials, including expendables as well as capital spares, pumps, conveyors, motors, etc. Enters incoming materials and issues into inventory management system. Conducts periodic cycle counts to assure accurate inventory levels.
Applying an expert level of skill, the Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, repairs, modifies, overhauls, diagnoses, tests and maintains all power plant and auxiliary equipment and systems. Provides environmental and safety stewardship. Ensures compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations and plant procedures. Maintains all equipment in optimum operating condition. Develops maintenance procedures for plant equipment to ensure consistent and safe operation
This position is primarily responsible for the preparation of the month end financial statements and Owner billings for Prairie State Generating Company (PSGC). This position prepares and validates journal entries for accuracy, performs account reconciliations, and other general ledger activities. Additionally, this role supports the coordination and preparation of the annual financial statement audit and performs periodic reviews of internal controls for the campus.
The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading technicians engaged in preventative/predictive maintenance of underground mining machinery. Develop a team vision focused on world class performance by applying the principles of reliability centered maintenance and continuous improvement.
The Belt Technician works directly with the Belt Supervisor on the installation and recovery of all conveyor belting, structure and drives required on the surface and underground.
The Maintenance Technician performs troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on all electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment utilized both underground and surface. Maintenance Technicians will regularly examine equipment to ensure that it is operating appropriately. This position must become knowledgeable in all aspects of mine operations and learn the location and function of equipment operating at the mine location. Maintenance Technicians work rotating shifts so schedules vary to cover all hours of mine operation which may include overtime, holidays and weekends. Maintenance Technicians may be subject to call-ins to assist with maintenance issues that may, or have, impact plant performance.
