This position is responsible for coordinating employee leave requests including medical leave related to work injuries while also supporting the processing and administration of workers’ compensation claims, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations. The Benefits and Leave Specialist will work closely with the Benefits and Leave Manager providing organizational and recordkeeping support for the employee leave, workers’ compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.

The Mine Maintenance Manager will direct the maintenance department in day-to-day activities and comply with established policies, procedures, laws and regulatory requirements. This position will provide leadership, management and administrative oversight for all assigned mine maintenance personnel including, but not be limited to, scheduling, training, motivation, coaching and counseling as required.
