Prairie State Generating Company is looking for an assertive college student who is interested in a summer intern program in the Safety and Health aspects of a progressive coal-fired power generation and underground coal mining operation. A limited number of internships are available for college students enrolled in the specific curriculum of Safety Engineering and Occupational Health. Participating as an intern will provide experience and exposure to state of the art technology in a newly established, yet still developing operation. Student interns will receive industry experience, hands-on training, paid intern program and exposure to industry professionals.
